Project - Project 2007 - Copy notes to other cells

One of my students has some tasks which will be repeated at different points
during the project (Reoccurring task will not work in this case). Is there a way
to copy and paste his extensive note information without having to open the
Task Information window each time? Selecting the task row to copy and paste
will not bring over the notes.

Anne,
Hmmm, something else must be going on. Normally, attempting a copy and
paste of the Notes field will only take the first 255 characters of the
notes text string or to the first line feed, whichever occurs first.
However, I just did a copy and paste test with a notes string of 480
characters and all 480 characters carried over to the new task.

I used Project 2003. What version are your students using (although
version should not make any difference in this case).

Master project not working Project I am fairly new to Project (2003). I am trying to set up a summary report for a client also new to Project. I followed the instructions to insert a project file in another project, and that works, but the changes are not propagated between the subproject and the master project, even if I close and reload either or both. I tried it with the "link

Network Diagram - Configure to show Forward Pass / Backward Pass Project I am taking a PM class and our instructor had us manually create a network forward pass and backward pass are calculated. He also said that the network diagram in project can be configured to show the calculations as well. For example. . . 0 10 Days Duration get the print out to show as it would if it were manually calculated? Thanks! MS Project Master Project Resource Allocation Project I have seen similar threads but have not found my specific quest. I am an with a request from our VP to provide a Resource Allocation Report (generated from MSP 2007)that contains a row for each of our department resources (personnel) and a column for each project with sum totals. This would generate a single report conveying the total resources allocated for each project (column total) and each individual's allocation (row total) for a specific timeframe (month, quarter, etc.). Is this possible to generate from MSP 2007 with a Master Project file correlated to a Master Resource Pool? I can not seem to display that for
